Manish’s masterpieces!

Indian designer, Manish Arora’s garments resemble pieces sporting mannequins in the world’s most prominent museums and his Fall 2012 RTW collection is no exception. Culminating traditional Indian techniques with Western silhouettes, Arora is renown for crafting garments with vivid colors and kitsch motifs. His unconventional use of textures, hues and patterns render him a pioneer of the contemporary couture lexicon. Arora’s Fall 2012 RTW collection combines street art like graffiti with superior craftsmanship and couture silhouettes — such as the skirt suit and cocoon coat plastered with surreal highlighter-hued faces and appliquéd cherry blossoms. Plus, his archived creations are fueled with inspirational, exquisite and unique compositions too!

Collage of random pieces with unique and inspiring patterns, detailing and color combinations from Arora’s archived collections!

Some of my many favorite ensembles from Arora’s latest collection:
