Trending at BFW

Last night I kicked off Boston Fashion Week (BFW) with a show in the TENT presented by Nordstrom- followed with the Mandarin Oriental’s inaugural gala. Along with talented photographer Dan Hejl to capture the excitement, we had a blast meeting amazing people, enjoying a delicious feast and cocktails, as I was overwhelmed by an overhaul of striking style in store. With a gamut of brands including Rag & Bone, 3.1 Phillip Lim and Alice & Olivia, I was enthralled to see a variety of outstanding outfits adorning the runway– for every women’s wardrobe. Fueled with mind blowing must-haves including polk-a-dot tights, embellished standouts, popping graphic bottoms, structured jackets and much more, Nordstrom’s is packed with trends you won’t want to miss. From mixed modern motifs to vintage inspired graphics and dark glamour– to looks for going feminine and flirty, I’m beyond impressed by nearly every ensemble styled at last night’s BFW event! But stay tuned, there’s a lot more excitement along the way!

Cheers,

Alex
